Where are the fuses located in 1999 BMW 535i?

I’ve been trying to find fuses and relays, but no luck. Does anyone know where I can find them? Internet searches have not helped and I do not have the owner’s manual.

Bought a new car last year, want to save money and trade for a used/smaller model, is that a good idea?

I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima 2 dr coupe blue, last Feb. I have made every payment at 625.00 on time, at a super high interest rate of 17% and payoff is 24,000, and now I owe more than the car is worth. My goal is to lower payments and get rid of negative equity. I already tried to lower my interest rate, but with out GOOD credit, I cant :( So lowering the payments, and scaling down some sounds good but I’m not sure how to go about it. Any help would be so considered a blessing. Without giving you my sob story, the short is I’m all on my own.

here is what i know so far, and have (?’s) about:
I called the place where I bought the car and sales guy recommended I go for a trade-in for a new Versa (instead of a Gently USED Versa), because of the rebates. Is that true? Or is he just scamming me…..?

Is trading my altima for a Compact/Economy line the way to go?

What are some pit falls I should avoid at the dealer?

True enough, it was a BAD move. I did some research, but NOT enough to know my interest rates. Again, Dumb Move. I have gone through a credit clean up, and the other bad factor is the student loan I had fall through the cracks, that is a big dinger on the credit.

I mean I make enough to pay for it, (50,000 yr) . I guess I will make bigger payments, and hope work on my credit score so I can re finance the frakker.

My 97 Integra–49K mi–had a transmission lockup & must be replaced. Do you know of anyone else with same prob

Maintenance for this car has been right on. It just quit when I was driving on the expressway. After checking everything else out, my mechanic still could not get the engine to turn over so he pulled the transmission which did free the engine. I am now waiting for a rebuilt trans. (They must use my transmission because no one has an equivalent to rebuild.) My mech. and the rebuild specialist say they have never heard of a 97 Acura with trans problems–and certainly not with only 49,000 miles!

I wouldn’t have to put down any money, does this mean that they interest rate would be grossly inflatted? I didn’t want to continue to talk to the car sales men because as you know they type of approach they take in customer assitance in the favor of themselves covered with speacial offers with all types of strings attactched and small print. What type of advice would you give a first time buyer like myself?

I have four Barrister bookcases, a huge African Mahogany dining table with ten matching chairs, a solid wood cherry executive desk, a mahogany bedroom set with two twin bed frames and two dressers plus a few other pieces.

I need to know what the property sales taxes are in the borough Queens, New York. Any resources?

I’ve been told that the percentage on property sales tax varies depending on the selling price of the property. I’m doing my homework before considering investing into real estate. Is there some sort of online database with simplified terms (since I’m not in the real estate industry) that can pinpoint an average amount I would pay on taxes depending on the sale price and location in NYC?
